Our refund policy is clear -- 100% satisfaction or 100% money back! To request a refund, just contact us. You MUST provide your order number and a list of the banners you ordered and are not satisfied with along with the reason for your return. Incomplete refund requests, whether via phone or e-mail, will NOT be accepted, so PLEASE -- provide all the information we need to complete your request! Requests for a Refund must be made in writing to support@bannergfx.com within 5 business days of your banners purchase. Where a Refund is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing that they have deleted the banner files and have not saved the document in any file format or in any electronic or print media. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, BannerGFX.com will gladly refund your money.
All orders are delivered in digital format according to your purchase order within a maximum of 72 Hours from when your order is processed.

Payments made through Paypal and 2Checkout ensure immediate startup any job. For payments made by check, wire, or money order (Western Union, etc) work does not begin until the payment has cleared.

The creation of a logo is not part of the banner design services. The client must provide a logo if one is needed for the banner. If a logo is not provided the designer will use formatted text that fits the overall banner design.
All content used on the client's banners must be licensed. If you send photos you must own the license/copyright. Client can purchase content or shoot it themselves. If BannerGFX.com buys the content client will not have the rights to use the pics and they must purchase them on their own.
All banners used in the portfolio were designed for and are being used by clients. They are not for sale, only for the advertising of the services that BannerGFX.com provides. Completed work is placed in the portfolio section for advertising purposes. If you do not wish your banners to be included in the portfolio contact us with those instructions.
Provided client has made final payment on the order our product/s does not hold any rights of the client. They own it outright.
